Services are led by Principal Consultant Jasmine Luke who brings her depth of experience working at the intersection of evidence, children, risk, law, systems and human behaviour.
Human Edge translates that experience into organisational safeguarding landscapes. Drawing on specialist experience across child protection, complex investigations and safeguarding environments, Human Edge combines investigative rigour with practical, trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.

Human Edge Consulting provides a practical, evidence-informed review of safeguarding systems, governance, policies and organisational practice designed to identify current strengths, emerging risks, policy-to-practice gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
The review scope is tailored to the organisation’s sector, operating environment and obligations under Queensland’s Child Safe Standards, the Universal Principle and the Queensland Reportable Conduct Scheme.
May include:

Independent Investigations | Organisational Response
Human Edge Consulting provides independent investigation and organisational response support across the lifecycle of complex safeguarding matters within Queensland’s evolving regulatory environment, including matters arising under Queensland’s Reportable Conduct Scheme and concurrent external-authority processes.
Services may be tailored to the nature, complexity and stage of the matter, from targeted investigative advice or review through to comprehensive independent investigation and organisational-response support.
