Every organisation is different.

Based on the Gold Coast and supporting organisations across Queensland, Human Edge Consulting provides practical safeguarding services tailored to your environment, organisational context and legislative obligations.

Services are led by Principal Consultant Jasmine Luke who brings her depth of experience working at the intersection of evidence, children, risk, law, systems and human behaviour.

Human Edge translates that experience into organisational safeguarding landscapes. Drawing on specialist experience across child protection, complex investigations and safeguarding environments, Human Edge combines investigative rigour with practical, trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.

Services extend from independent safeguarding reviews to complex child-safeguarding and reportable conduct investigations, organisational response support and capability development.

Human Edge Consulting supports leaders to strengthen safeguarding practice, navigate regulatory responsibilities and respond confidently when complex matters arise.

Whether strengthening systems before problems arise, responding when concerns require careful investigation and organisational action, or building the capability of the people within them, Human Edge Consulting extends beyond compliance in isolation.

Our philosophy is about clearer systems, stronger organisational capability and safer outcomes for children and the people who support them.
